In a significant anti-drug operation, police in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district seized a car loaded with ganja that had reportedly been abandoned by suspected drug traffickers in the Goudagaon area under Jasipur police station limits.

The vehicle was discovered near a cremation ground, where it had allegedly remained parked for nearly three days before drawing attention. Acting on information and suspicion surrounding the unattended vehicle, police conducted an inspection and recovered a large quantity of ganja from inside the car.

Vehicle Found Abandoned Near Cremation Ground

According to reports, local residents noticed the vehicle parked near the cremation ground in Goudagaon for several days. Its prolonged presence in the area raised concerns, prompting authorities to investigate.
