According to the latest update, petrol prices have increased by Rs 2.61 per litre, while diesel prices have gone up by Rs 2.71 per litre.

Following the recent revision, fuel rates in Bhubaneswar now stand at:

Speed Petrol Price Also Crosses Rs 118

The increase has also impacted premium fuel categories. The price of Speed Petrol has now reached Rs 118.27 per litre, adding further cost burdens for vehicle owners using premium-grade fuel.

The rise in fuel costs may influence transportation expenses and could indirectly affect prices of goods and services in the coming days.

Impact on Consumers

Regular fuel price increases often affect various sectors beyond transportation. Some possible impacts include:

  • Higher commuting costs for daily travelers
  • Increased logistics and transportation expenses
  • Potential rise in market prices of goods
  • Additional financial pressure on households

Fuel Prices Continue to Remain in Focus

With this being the fourth fuel price increase within a span of 10 days, consumers are closely monitoring future revisions. Any further increase may continue to impact household budgets and operational costs across multiple sectors.
